MedicAlert Connect

This app is designed for healthcare professionals, non-profit organizations, and those who provide care for any person that has a chronic condition, serious allergy, or other medical concern in which MedicAlert should be recommended. The app provides a simple form that can be used to recommend and directly connect a person in need with MedicAlert. Once the recommendation is made, MedicAlert communicates with the person to ensure they have all of the information needed to enroll. It’s just that simple.
